Our team

Eli Meskin holds an LL.B., has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2001 and a notary since 2012. His principal areas are tort and insurance law, including road accidents, work injuries, National Insurance, Ministry of Defense claims and medical negligence.

He previously represented insurance companies and served as legal adviser to the Association for Housing Culture. Experience on both sides of the process now informs his representation of injured people and policyholders, alongside work with medical experts and preparation for committees and courts.

Gad Even Haim brings 30 years of insurance-industry experience, including management positions and claims work involving Israeli insurers. His work includes policies, insurance agreements and tort claims, as well as National Insurance and Ministry of Defense proceedings.

In employment law, he represents employees and advises employers on extension orders, women’s rights at work, pay, working hours, leave and severance. His practice includes legal guidance and representation in courts and the Labour Court.

Meir Even Haim did his legal internship at S. Horowitz & Co., in the cyber, data security and privacy department. There he worked with some of Israel’s largest companies on ongoing privacy, compliance and intellectual property advice, prepared legal opinions and drafted pleadings and motions for the courts.

At the firm he works in tort and employment law, represents clients before National Insurance medical committees and gives the firm’s clients ongoing legal guidance and advice. He also continues to advise on privacy, data security and intellectual property in information-technology assets.
